A lot of people don’t even know what freediving is, or they think it’s a suicidal sport practiced by a handful of fanatics obsessed with going deeper and deeper. That’s why I decided to create this page: to share my knowledge, the joy of being a freediver, and to show how beautiful and diverse this sport really is—and that it’s not just about diving.

From my personal experience, the biggest boost in performance I experienced was after practicing 20 minutes of meditation every day for two months.

Yoga gives you flexibility, mobility, strength, and vitality. It is something everyone should practice, but carefully—don’t push beyond your limits before you are ready.
